For
some time I have built scale models. I cannot remember the first
model I did, but it was likely when I was still in Elementary school
and was a snap-type. In high school I did a models on a regular
basis, even gave a few away to some classmates. Now, I have done enough that my skills as a model maker means I produce some pretty nice looking models. I want to show off some of those models now. Some of the ones here are dated back to late high school time frame (1996), like the Pontiac Firebird. Others like the 1957 Chevy Bel-Air are more recent and are done exceptionately well. I've even have been considering selling a few, or building simular models or build-to-suit (build per customers specifications). Either way, these pages feature each model I've done to date. As far as assembly, there isn't all that much that is special on how I build them. I use basic Testor bottle paints and cheap assorted size brushes. For painting the cars, I use basic Testors spray paint, and sometimes the Boyd Coddington series spray paint from Testors. I use the basic glue. The one glue I found to really help is the Testor glue designed for use with clear parts. Now when I clue windshields and headlights, there's no fogging. I don't belong to any clubs or consider mayself a dedicated modeler, I just done enough that I think a few of mine could be featured in a few magazines.
