RELATED PROJECTS
BELL
ATLANTIC - Ashburn Central Office (Ashburn, Virginia)
|

|
This
is my first
building designed by me, and actually built. Although
significantly value-engineered from my original design (sketch to be
added later). This project like many of my first buildings are
additions for the expanding telecommunications market at Bell Atlantic
(Verizon). This project was completed in 1999

| VERIZON
- Rockville Communications Center (Rockville,
Maryland) |

|
Shown
here is the existing Verizon
Central Office building situated just off Rt. 355 in the heart of
Rockville. I
both
designed the addition and did the photoshop rendering.
This
project was completed in 2003. |
|
This
is the building under construction.
|
 |
This
is a
picture of the building with the addition nearly complete (~95%). It
should illustrate just how close to the actual photoshop rendering the
addition is. The perspectives are slightly different, but it's
close. |

RELATED RENDERINGS AND ARTWORK
| BELL
ATLANTIC - Piney Orchard Communications Center Addition (Odenton,
Maryland) |

|
This
was only
my second major project, and the first project I was able to fully
coordinate
and
specify the design with the consultants and owner. This rendering
shows the addition (to the left) of the existing building. This
project
was completed in 2000. |
VERIZON
- Clarksburg Communications Center Proposed (Clarksburg,
Maryland)
|

|
This
is a sketch of the Proposed Clarksburg CC. This may or may not be
the final building that is built. This rendering was done a few
years ago prior to the development of the Clarksburg city/town. Click here
for a view of all four elevations as presented during the special
exception. The photo to the left is the South Elevations with my
added elements.
|
VERIZON
- Germantown Communications Center Addition (Germantown,
Maryland)
|

|
This
is a rendered Site Plan of the proposed addition and site
reconfiguration for the existing Germantown Communications
Center. This Plan was rendered for use in a Special Exception
presentation. Below are links to the two main elevations

PERSONAL RELATED RENDERINGS AND
ARTWORK

|
In
my desire to move to Southern
Florida, I began thinking that if I had no restriction and the money to
do so, what would the house I would like to build look like. This
was a fairly quick sketch and rendering. I did base elevation in
CAD and added the shadowing and shading by hand with "H" lead pencial. |
 |
This
rendering was taken from a photo that I took of an abandoned house that
had the roof caved in, and windows broken out. Don't think it was
inhabitable or restorable either. But it had such great design
and porportion that I had to attempt a recreation.

This model was for a small exhibit space for a College Campus
|

This view is of the roof removed. It featured a circular space, with
side entrance.
|

This is a photo of the interior entry way.
|

This model was a design concept for modular construction of a roofed
structure. Not only is there four units shown here.....
|

.....that can be oriented many ways, each unit also has an adjustable
roof design that can be motorized to adapt to weather.
|

This view you can see the various angles at which each roof section is
set.
