2005--Last year's successful fireworks display in Gaithersburg, Maryland, had me hopeful this year would be the same.  Because of medical condition I was now dealing with, making the trip to DC was not practical.  Like last year the fireworks were really not bad, actually kind of good.  Below are some pictures from that event.  Clicking on the image allows you to view a single picture at it's original size.
